A new food complex aims to provide Shepparton diners with a diverse range of culinary delights.
The Let's Eat development is proposed for 278 High St, next to Liquorworks and about two km east of the Shepparton CBD.
Killen Thomas Real Estate managing director David Marks says the space will provide a range of options and different types of food for lunchbreaks and people passing through.
"We are looking to bring a variety of food retailers into a bustling regional hub with a shared seating space," Mr Marks said.
"The idea is to create an opportunity for local people and businesses, not national franchises."
Mr Mark said there were two parties interested in a space, including a sushi retailer and a coffee and cake business.
Let's Eat is looking for expressions of interest for leasing opportunities before any construction will begin.
